Since 2004, Retro Rabbit has collaborated with its clients to create software that solves problems, enhances the customer experience and delivers real bottom-line value. Our measure of success is not just a successful project but rather sustained partnerships with clients over the long term. One of the most meaningful metrics to us is that the majority of our clients have been with us for over six years.

People. We are first and foremost a people business. We spend time identifying and hiring the brightest minds so that our solutions leverage the best technology innovations—and we give them opportunities to continue the learning journey. Process. We pride ourselves on our agility and flexibility. We do not have preconceptions and will find the right way of working to deliver results for a particular client, be it Agile/ Scrum or good old Waterfall. 

Another key element underlying our success is our emphasis on the design of the software, both the user interface and experience. A focus on design has been shown to increase revenue by 32% and deliver a 56% greater total return to shareholders—our software really does deliver value. We aim to achieve a 100% return on each rand spent on software, not least because users love using it. 

Technology. While our developers make sure they keep abreast of technology innovation, we are truly technology agnostic: what’s important is not the technology itself but the results achieved by our clients and their customers.
